Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate numerical sorting and filing of patients’ files and documentation.
- Drawing files for various departments.
- File tracking and checking patient movement history on the SAP system.
- Efficient handling of queries.
- Daily file checks for accuracy and removal of inactive files following policy guidelines.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Grade 12 with computer literacy and numerical skills.
- Willingness to rotate and act as a reliever.
- A background in registry work is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and physically.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with good health for physical tasks.
